The American Registry of Internet Numbers (ARIN) announced that it has officially assigned its last bit of IPv4 addresses. Here at NAN we have plenty of IPv4 addresses for our customers now and in the future. However the depletion of the IPv4 pool means that IPv4 addresses will have to be sparingly assigned, and interestingly is a significant barrier of entry to large enterprises and service providers looking to startup with dedicated, portable IP space.

NAN has enough IPv4 space to last until our engineering team launches its IPv6 solution to bring the two networks together in an elegant way for all our customers. In the months to come NAN will continue to assign IPv4 addresses to customers from our reserve.
